Winter ASL Beginner

Join our American Sign Language classes to experience enjoyment and respect for sign language and cultural immersion towards fluency!

Beginner Sign Language: Designed for students with little or no previous experience in the language. The class is an introduction to American Sign Language. Students will learn basic conversational skills, sign language vocabulary, grammar, history, fingerspelling, numbers, terminology, and Deaf culture.Cost

$100 (Per Individual For 10 Weeks)

Intermediate Sign Language: A continuation of ASL Beginner with emphasis on basic conversational skills. Students will engage in receptive and expressive language, build their sign vocabulary, classifiers, and learn more about grammatical structure. Information on cultural values and the rules of behavior in the Deaf community.

Advanced Sign Language: Specifically for students that have successfully completed Beginner and Intermediate Sign Language Class. Students will be able to receptively and expressively sign, describe daily activities from their own life in sign language, and classifiers. Advanced Sign Language students will learn ABC and Number stories (ASL Poetry). They will also learn information on cultural values and the rules of behavior in the Deaf community.
